Introduction

Welcome to Hanzi Flow ("the Application"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Application. By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. User Responsibilities

1.1 Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
  • You agree to take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized or unauthorized.

1.2 Prohibited Conduct

  • Do not use the Application for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Do not upload content that violates third-party rights or applicable laws.
  • You may not:
    • Engage in abusive or harassing behavior, including but not limited to sending spam or offensive content.
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application or its servers.
    • Use the Application to distribute malware or viruses.

2. Subscription and Payment Terms

2.1 Plans and Features

  • The Application offers multiple subscription plans, including a free tier and paid tiers with enhanced features.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any subscription plans at any time, with notice to users as appropriate.

2.2 Billing and Payment

  • Paid subscriptions require valid payment information.
  • Fees are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected plan.
  • If your payment method is declined, you will be notified, and your subscription may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

2.3 Cancellation and Refunds

All subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription is purchased, it cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason.

3. Intellectual Property

All content and features of the Application, including text, graphics, and software, are the property of Hanzi Flow or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content and features provided by the Application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

All rights, titles, and interests in the Application remain with Hanzi Flow or its licensors.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and liabilities, including but not limited to:

  • Errors or interruptions in the Application.
  • Loss of data or unauthorized access to user accounts.

In no event shall Hanzi Flow be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Application will be resolved in the competent courts of Poland.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." We will notify you of any significant changes to these Terms via email or through a notification within the Application. Continued use after the changes will be considered as acceptance of the modified Terms.
